Apple Pork Burgers
Everyone’s favorite apple, the Honeycrisp, makes this pork burger extra crisp and flavorful. It’s a great fall dinner!

4 ounces Crazy Fresh Honeycrisp Apple Salsa
1 pound ground pork
1/2 pound breakfast sausage
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into 1/2″ thick patties.
- Cook in oiled skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve on buns with Swiss cheese, bacon, mustard and arugula.
