Your classic corn on the cob recipe with a twist! Melted butter, parmesan cheese, and salty goodness makes this recipe mouthwatering.

  • 1 pack Crazy Fresh Sweet Corn

  • 3-4 tbsp salted butter

  • 2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

  • 1 small lime (optional)

  • salt to taste (optional)


  • Pre-heat oven to 400°F
  • Melt butter (if butter is hard) and brush butter onto all sides of the corn. Then place corn onto a baking sheet line with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup).
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then turn the corn so that the other side is cooked.
  • Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until corn is fully cooked on all sides.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and salt (optional, to taste) onto corn. Sprinkle fresh lime onto corn (optional).
  • Serve and enjoy!
