Crockpot Chicken Burrito Bowl

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 containers Crazy Fresh Black Bean Salsa
1 containers Crazy Fresh Diced Stoplight Peppers
1 can Rotel tomatoes, 10 ounces
1 cup corn
1 can chopped chiles, 4 ounces
2 cups cooked rice
packet taco seasoning
8 ounces cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Green onions
Directions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Top with take seasoning.
- Add Black Bean Salsa, Rotel tomatoes, Stoplight Peppers, chiles and corn.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred.
- Stir in cooked rice.
- Add chicken back to crockpot, and stir.
- Top with cheese, and cook on high for another half hour.
- Serve warm with sour cream and green onions.
