  • In a food processor, pulverize pork rinds until they resemble panic.
  • Dip cauliflower steaks in the egg, then crust with the pork rinds.
  • Heat oil over medium-heat.
  • Fry cauliflower steaks until fork tender and crispy, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Remove from oil, drain, and top with cheese.
