Fresh Fruit Juice Sherbet

Our freshly squeezed juices are sure to be your new favorite fresh juice. But they aren’t just for drinking! We created a delicious Fresh Fruit Juice Sherbet recipe using each of our juice varieties. Now you can have a nice, fresh dessert after dinner! Talk about refreshing!

This sherbet recipe only contains 4 ingredients, making it super simple to make. All you’ll need:

You’re going to whip the heavy whipping cream with some sugar until soft peaks begin to form. And since our Grapefruit and Orange Juices don’t have added sugar (our Lemonade does, because what’s lemonade without sugar?!), you’ll want to mix some sugar into the juice.

Combine the whipped cream and the juice with a little milk, then refrigerate. Once it’s cool, give it a good mix and freeze for two hours. Afterwards, you’ll have a delicious dessert for the whole family!

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the juice and 2/3 cup of sugar until sugar dissolves.
  • In a separate bowl, use a whisk to whip the heavy cream and the remaining 1/3 cup of sugar until the cream is thick and forms a soft peak.
  • Stir in the milk.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the juice mixture.
  • Refrigerate for one hour, then mix and freeze for two hours.
