  • 1/2 Cup Sesame Oil

  • 1 Crazy Fresh Fried Rice Griddle Kit

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce 

  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

  • 2 whole Raw Shell Eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Chili Sambal Paste

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (Chopped Fine)

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic (Chopped Fine)

  • 1 tbsp Granulated White Sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)


  • Preheat Blackstone griddle to 375F. Crack eggs into a bowl, discard shells, and whip eggs until yolk & whites are evenly mixed.
  • Add Sesame oil in center of Blackstone. Add whipped eggs and cook until scramble like consistency. Add Crazy Fresh Rice griddle kit over cooked eggs and mix thoroughly. Add additional sesame oil if needed to coat rice to desired coating.
  • Turn Blackstone temp down to 350F.
  • Add Soy Sauce, Garlic Chili Sambal Paste, Fresh Chopped Ginger, Fresh Chopped Garlic, and white pepper, and granulated white sugar. Turn fried rice mixture over until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Cook on flattop, turning rice continuously, until rice has become golden brown and crisp on the edges. This may take up to 6-8 minutes
  • Finish fried rice with fresh chopped cilantro as finishing garnish.
  • Serve Immediately & Enjoy!
