Today is Cinco de Mayo, literally translated to 5th of May. This is an annual celebration commemorating the Mexican defeat of the French Empire. Nowadays, Americans use it as a way to indulge in all the amazing Mexican foods that are out there. And boy, do we have some delicious recipes to help you celebrate!
