Deviled eggs are an easy appetizer for anyone to create, and putting a Mexican twist on this classic makes it a great app for any celebration.

Directions
- Boil eggs to your liking.
- Cut eggs in half and remove yolk.
- Mix one tablespoon of guacamole and egg yolk per egg in a plastic sandwich bag.
- Cut 1/4″ corner from the bag, and use it as a piping bag.
- Pipe the mixture back into the egg white.
- Garnish with jalapeños and Tajin.
