Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels

Give your guests a little kick with our Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels! The best part? You don’t have to do any cutting – our peppers are already diced!

  • 4 spinach tortillas

  • 2 packages cream cheese

  • 1/2 pound bacon

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh Diced Jalapeños

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Pinch of salt and pepper


  • Cook bacon and crumble.
  • Cook jalapeños until soft.
  • Combine softened cream cheese, jalapeños, bacon, cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Spread 1/2 cup on each tortilla, roll it tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate 1-2 hours, then cut into 1-inch slices.

    What size tortillas and what size cream cheese?

    1. Hi Sue!
      You would want to use an 8oz. block of cream cheese that’s softened and a normal quesadilla size tortilla. In the end, you can use whatever size you’d like!
