Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels

4 spinach tortillas
2 packages cream cheese
1/2 pound bacon
1 container Crazy Fresh Diced Jalapeños
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook bacon and crumble.
- Cook jalapeños until soft.
- Combine softened cream cheese, jalapeños, bacon, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Spread 1/2 cup on each tortilla, roll it tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours, then cut into 1-inch slices.

What size tortillas and what size cream cheese?

Hi Sue!
You would want to use an 8oz. block of cream cheese that’s softened and a normal quesadilla size tortilla. In the end, you can use whatever size you’d like!
