These easy, mini fruit tarts are perfect for the holiday dessert table. A sugar cookie cup filled with cheesecake and fresh berries is something we think everyone can enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 24 break & bake sugar cookie squares or one roll of sugar cookie dough

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 6 ounces limeade concentrate, thawed

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh Triple Berry Blend

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh 5 Fruit Blend

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350º. Spray mini muffin tins with non-stick spray.
  • Place on cookie dough square, or 1 tablespoon, in each cavity. Bake for 12-16 minutes. Cool before removing.
  • Make glaze by adding concentrate, cornstarch and 1/4 cup sugar in a small saucepan. Cook until it thickens. Cool.
  • Make filling by beating cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling into each cookie cup. Top with fresh berries. Brush with lime glaze.
  • Serve within 3 hours.
