Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

1 container Crazy Fresh Pineapple Chunks
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325º.
- In a small sauce pan, melt butter and sugar to make caramel.
- Make cake mix according to package, adding the cinnamon here.
- Grease a muffin tin, then layer the pineapple, caramel and fill 3/4 with cake batter.
- Bake 15-20 minutes.
