Pineapple Salsa Quiche

We love a good brunch, especially when it’s with the family for Easter. We like to do potluck buffets, where everyone brings some of their favorite brunch items. If you’re looking for a fun dish to bring, we highly suggest this pineapple salsa quiche!

You’d be surprised how amazing these taste with the fresh pop of pineapple in every bite. The pineapple salsa also has a slight kick, giving these quiches such a sweet and spicy flavor.

These individual portions are great for your Easter buffet as they’re the perfect size for everyone to enjoy! This recipe makes 6 individual quiches, so you may have to double or triple the recipe to make enough for everyone you’re celebrating the holiday with.
