Crazy Fresh Pomegranate Cheeseball

With the holidays right around the corner, now is the time to start planning what you’ll be making for your parties and get-togethers. We always like to do an array of appetizers instead of a whole sit-down meal when we are with our friends and families. It’s just easier!

Everyone knows that cheeseballs are a classic holiday appetizer, and we’ve made it our own by rolling it in pomegranate arils. It adds a nice, fresh crunch while adding a festive red color that looks beautiful on an appetizer table.

We think this pomegranate cheeseball recipe is easy to create, and it only needs 30 minutes of chilling in the refrigerator. Then just open a box of your favorite crackers, and have at it!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces goat cheese

  • 1/4 cup Crazy Fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 cup Crazy Fresh chives, chopped

  • 2 teaspoons Crazy Fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 2 teaspoons Crazy Fresh thyme, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh Pomegranate Arils

  • 1 package crackers

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients, except pomegranate arils, in a food processor.
  • Form into a 3- to 4-inch ball, and roll in pomegranate arils. Add more seeds to fully coat.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers.
