  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh Diced Onion

  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon all-spice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • Add the rest of the ingredients (besides green onions and pom arils) and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes until it reduces to about 1/2 cup and it slightly thickens.
  • Place the meatball sand sauce in a crockpot on low heat for 45 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onions and pomegranate arils.
