Pomegranate Cocktail Meatballs
Meatballs are a great holiday appetizer, and these Pomegranate Cocktail Meatballs are super festive and delicious for your next party!

1 package pre-made cocktail meatballs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 container Crazy Fresh Diced Onion
1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon all-spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup Crazy Fresh Pomegranate Arils
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, and cook until softened and translucent, about 3-5 minutes
- Add the rest of the ingredients (besides green onions and pom arils) and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes until it reduces to about 1/2 cup and it slightly thickens.
- Place the meatball sand sauce in a crockpot on low heat for 45 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and pomegranate arils.
