Pomegranate Salsa Crostini
Pomegranate salsa cream cheese crostinis are the perfect easy appetizer that is ready in just 15 minutes! They are great to serve at your holiday get-together and are sure to impress your guests!

1 large French baguette, sliced into 1/2″ slices
Oil spray
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1 container Crazy Fresh Pomegranate Salsa
Crazy Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Spray bread with oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle with garlic powder, and bake in the oven for 8 minutes until bread is toasted.
- Remove from oven, and spread with cream cheese.
- Top with pomegranate salsa, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Bread can be eaten cold or heated in the oven for about 5 minutes to warm ingredients.
