Ingredients

  • 1 large French baguette, sliced into 1/2″ slices

  • Oil spray

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh Pomegranate Salsa

  • Crazy Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350º.
  • Spray bread with oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle with garlic powder, and bake in the oven for 8 minutes until bread is toasted.
  • Remove from oven, and spread with cream cheese.
  • Top with pomegranate salsa, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Bread can be eaten cold or heated in the oven for about 5 minutes to warm ingredients.
