This spicy-sweet taco recipe is the perfect brunch or dinner option. Shredded pork is topped with the fresh flavors of our seasonal Pineapple Salsa to give you a meal everyone will be wanting more of!

  • 9 taco shells

  • 12 ounces pork, shredded

  • Crazy Fresh Pineapple Salsa

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 cup cotija cheese, grated

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 4 dashes Cry Baby Craig’s Hot Sauce


  • Mix mayo and hot sauce together.
  • Heat up your pre-cooked shredded pork.
  • Assemble tacos, and top with Crazy Fresh Pineapple Salsa and mayo mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, and enjoy!
