Sausage, Bacon and Egg Breakfast Nachos

Getting #CrazyFreshCHIPFACED in the morning is totally acceptable with our delicious breakfast nachos. It’s a perfect tailgating breakfast!

  • 1 bag Crazy Fresh Gorilla Chips

  • 1 pound spicy breakfast sausage, chopped

  • 12 ounces center-cut bacon, chopped

  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1.5 cups queso

  • 1/2 red onion, chopped

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped

  • 5 eggs

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 cup Crazy Fresh Pico de Gallo


  • Preheat oven to 425º.
  • Coat your largest sheet pan with cooking spray. Spread out half of the Gorilla Chips, then top with half of the sausage, bacon, quest, shredded cheese, red onions and jalapeño. Repeat with another layer of Gorilla Chips and other half of all the toppings.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are warmed through.
  • Meanwhile, cook the eggs sunny-side up. Remove the eggs from the skillet, and place gently on a plate.
  • Once the nachos are done cooking, gently place the eggs on top, and sprinkle with cilantro and top with Pico de Gallo.
