Directions

  • Microwave Butternut Squash Noodles for 90 seconds or until tender.
  • In a pan over medium heat, heat oil and sauté garlic and mushrooms until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add butter, and melt.
  • Add noodles, and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
