  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/3 cup buttermilk

  • 1 egg

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh Sweet Potato Noodles, blended

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 container dripping chocolate

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh Triple Berry Blend


  • Preheat oven to 350º. Great 2 6-well donut pans with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Stir together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
  • Whisk together brown sugar, butter, oil, buttermilk, egg, egg yolk, blended sweet potato noodles and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Add flour m mixture to sweet potato mixture, stirring until no streaks of flour remain.
  • Spoon mixture into prepared donut pans. They will be full.
  • Bake until tsp spring back when lightly pressed, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove donuts from pans, and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  • Dip in chocolate glaze, and top with Triple Berry Blend.
