Everyone loves the traditional sweet potato casserole for Thanksgiving dinner, but we’ve put a twist on it by making the dish into individual serving sizes. They’re such a yummy side dish everyone will enjoy!

  • Preheat oven to 400º. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
  • Spray 2-quart dish with cooking spray.
  • Bake sweet potatoes for 45 minutes or until fork-tender. Cool, then mash until smooth.
  • Combine mashed sweet potatoes with all other
  • ingredients. Pour into prepared dish, and bake 40-45 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • Fill phyllo dough cups with cooked sweet potato mix, top with marshmallows, and broil until golden.
