Juicy pieces of watermelon make for some of the best snacks out there. And, because it’s Easter time, we decided to make our watermelon festive by making these super cute watermelon Easter bunnies! This is a great recipe for your kids to help make!

Start by cutting your watermelon tenderloins into thick slices. Then, grab your bunny cookie cutter, and get to cutting! When you’re done creating all your shapes, melt white almond bark until it’s smooth. Have your kids decide which colors they want to have, and get to creating! Mix different food colorings together to get fun colors. Drizzle the various colors over your bunnies, then sprinkle with your favorite Easter sprinkles.

And there you have it! A super simple, very festive, healthy Easter dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Crazy Fresh Watermelon Tenderloins

  • Bunny cookie cutter

  • 1 package white almond bark

  • Food coloring

  • Sprinkles

Directions

  • Slice your watermelon tenderloin into whatever thickness you would like.
  • Use a cookie cutter shaped like a bunny to cut out your bunny shapes.
  • Melt white almond bark until smooth, then add whatever fun colors you would like.
  • Drizzle the almond bark colors over the watermelon bunnies, then top with your favorite Easter sprinkles.
