Zucchini Noodle Cupcakes

Have you ever tried adding zucchini to your baked goods? Zucchini adds a lot of moisture, plus a serving of veggies, without anyone even knowing it! And our zucchini noodles make this recipe even easier! These zucchini noodle cupcakes are the perfect snack for your little ones, and they can help make them with you in the kitchen!

We like to make these zucchini cupcakes as an Easter treat. Have your kids pick out their favorite Easter liners and their favorite Easter sprinkles. They can also pick out their favorite cake mix (this recipe is super versatile – chocolate is also great!).

This is also a recipe that can be tailored to any holiday, not just Easter. Just pick out the right decorations, and you’re good to go! We hope you and your little ones enjoy creating these delicious cupcakes!
